About the Role
Ensure end-to-end compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings & Committee Meetings (Notices, Agenda, Minutes) and maintaining all statutory registers.
Work closely with the Finance Head on Legal, Secretarial, and CSR-related matters.
Coordinate with external legal consultants, MIDC, RoC, and other regulatory authorities.
Requirements
We are hiring for the position of General Manager – Company Secretary for one of our leading manufacturing clients.
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with 18+ years of experience, preferably from a listed manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in BR, SR, CS, CSR Policy & CSR Projects, along with thorough knowledge of compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
