About the Role
Develop and grow sales of pharma bottles (HDPE, PET, Glass) across key pharma and nutraceutical accounts
Identify new opportunities with drug manufacturers, CMOs, CDMOs, and healthcare brands
Lead customer meetings, technical presentations, RFQ responses, and pricing strategy
Work closely with supply chain, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure regulatory compliance (US FDA/DMF standards)
Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
Results-driven with strong technical understanding of primary packaging
Experience selling to generics, injectables, OTC, nutraceuticals, or healthcare brands
Ability to collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams on delivery timelines and project execution
Requirements
5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in pharma packaging, bottles, closures, or related regulated packaging
Strong understanding of pharma quality, certifications, compliance, and documentation
Established network with procurement, packaging development, and formulation teams
Ability to manage long sales cycles and technical evaluations
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

We are strengthening our pharmaceutical packaging division and seeking an experienced Manager – Pharma Bottles to lead sales growth with major pharma, nutraceutical, and healthcare clients across the U.S.
This role focuses on driving new business, building strategic customer relationships, and supporting technical discussions around bottle design, compliance, and packaging performance.
