About the Role
Grow sales of premium specialty bottles across designated regions and key customers
Identify new opportunities with brand owners, design agencies, and contract manufacturers
Lead customer presentations, project discussions, RFQs, and pricing negotiations
Collaborate with design, mould development, and production teams to deliver custom bottle solutions
Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting → development → conversion → long-term relationship management
Comfortable working with premium brands and delivering differentiated packaging experiences
Strong market awareness and ability to consult customers on design + feasibility
Highly organized, pipeline-driven, and motivated to expand customer portfolios
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in rigid packaging sales (glass, PET, or premium custom bottles)
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, mould development, decoration processes, and bottle manufacturing
Proven track record of managing high-value B2B customers with long development cycles
Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams — design, engineering, QA, and supply chain
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
